The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors of the hotel. The agent will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for greeting them, checking them in, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. The agent will also be responsible for answering phone calls, making reservations, and handling guest complaints and requests.

- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel

Requirements
