Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Representative and PT Retail Associate located in Farmington, ME. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the retail operations. Additional tasks include handling customer communications and managing the overall customer experience in our store.
Qualifications

- Experience in Customer Support and Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous retail experience is a plus
