What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stockroom Associate position at Orion RED?
Orion RED a manufacturer of trade show exhibits and retail store fixtures has an immediate opening for an experienced Stockroom Associate.
Applicants Will Be Responsible For The Following
Orion RED is a full-service design, engineering, manufacturing and program management company. For over a quarter of a century, Orion has dedicated itself to creating custom retail fixtures, displays, exhibits and experiential environments. We have the resources and capabilities to provide the support needed, from project conception to completion.
Applicants Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Pick required items for jobs and put them in appropriate bins (this includes nuts, bolts, screws, fasteners, and other items needed to manufacture fixtures)
- Communicate any job changes to the appropriate departments
- Ensure all items are labeled
- Ensure the usage on the job is correct
- Maintain inventory levels of stock/standard items (submit order information to purchasing)
- Perform physical counts as necessary
- Communicate any shortages to the appropriate departments
- Perform cycle counts on a regular basis
- Assist other departments as needed
- Basic data entry and computer skills
