What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trust & Estate Attorney position at Orr & Reno?
Orr & Reno, P.A. is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate attorney, with the ability to assume a leadership role in our Trust and Estate Department.
Candidates should have significant experience in estate planning, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and return preparation, trust and estate administration, and possess a strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ideal candidates will have experience working directly with high net-worth individuals and families and their advisors on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. Experience in business succession planning is a plus.
