Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or related
- 8 years Project Management, or related
- In lieu of Education Experience - 10 years Project Management or related
- Self-starter who is driven to excel in all aspects of their role, strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same time
- Direct experience planning, evaluating, directing, tracking, analyzing, and coordinating complex projects. Experience with project documentation creation (charters, requirements, schedule and resource plans, risk/issue lists, and test plans)
- Proven track record of partnering with other subject matter experts to deliver a holistic approach and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication and proven experience working well with all levels of staff including executive level management, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and deadline
- Proficiency with MS Office Desktop Suite, MS Visio and MS Project
- PMP certification and Financial Services experience preferred
