Assistant Manager

**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our store. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on new challenges and develop their skills in a busy, fast paced restaurant

**Duties**

- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store, including customer care, directing staff, and ensuring that all business procedures are being followed

- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Support the Store Manager in directing staff and coordinating staff during busy shifts

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Work closely with the kitchen managers during shifts to ensure proper Functionality during service

- Collaborate with the Store Manager in making sure all staff are following their daily shift duties.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming to customers.

- Abolity to communicate effectively with customers and staff

- Excellent cash handling skills and a thorough understanding of restaurant industy

- Experience with store management and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
