POSITION SUMMARY: The Director Compliance Services is accountable for leading the essential functions of the OSF Compliance Program in the assigned areas of responsibility. The Director actively participates in program planning, improvement initiatives, and is responsible for instilling team members with an understanding of the program and the effective use of program tools, including training, auditing and investigating. The Director ensures that the requirements of an effective compliance program are implemented within their areas of responsibility.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters
Experience:
- 3 years experience in compliance, privacy, or audit
- 3 years of leadership experience
Other skills/knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certification in Compliance, Privacy or Audit
