The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for defining and enforcing exceptional guest service and product standards. Provides leadership that fosters a positive growth-oriented initiative with department revenue and profits. Will manage, supervise and train staff and provide floor supervision within the restaurant and during catered events. Assist with the overall directions, execution, coordination and ongoing evaluation of the F&B operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of food and wine.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
