Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop and design training materials, provide training sessions and deliver presentations related to a broad range of activities to support a blended learning environment for OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center.
Facilitates the use of educational technology by providing technical support, maintenance, creation, and administration for intranet and internet sites or portals and other learning system technologies.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
• 1 year Experience with Microsoft office.
• 1 year teaching/training experience to understand training modalities, needs assessments and evaluation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform in a fast paced, detailed oriented environment. Must be self-motivated and capable of prioritizing own workload.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years of experience with information, technology to understand the clinical impact of IT, technical terminology, and familiarity with Health Information Systems is preferred.
Other skills/knowledge
• Ability to work with advanced technological tools such as Lectora, Adobe Flash or captivate, and Vyond is preferred.
