Salary range for this position is $133,307-$156,852; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing Pharmacy Services within their respective department. This position assists in managing pharmacy staff members to ensure policy, procedures, performance standards and service expectations are met and collaborates with the Operations Manager in taking corrective staff action planning to mitigate efforts that impact OSF Healthcare. The Pharmacy Supervisor works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with facility administrators, stakeholders, and necessary committees to meet business, regulatory and service requirements. They assist in effectively managing the capital, financial, and human resources of the entity pharmacy department, including the pharmacy department's strategic plan, annual goals and policies/procedures.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licenses/Certifications: PHRM-Pharmacist
Experience: 1 year pharmacy experience.
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD.); PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, PGY2 Pharmacy Administration
Experience: 1 year pharmacy leadership experience
Licensure/ Certifications: Board Certification through Board of Pharmacy Specialties
