What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality/Safety Advocate position at OSF HealthCare?
Starting pay for this position is $16.00/hour.
2nd shift is an additional $1.75/hour.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality/Safety Advocate works in collaboartion with the Infection Control and Quality/Safety team to perform observations of quality metrics such as hand hygiene, isolation, and environment of care and documents these observations through an electronic platform.

Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- Minimal knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access).
Requirements/Information:
- Minimal computer experience to perform data entry. Pay close attention to detail.p
