Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service, expertly crafted beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Manage inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Assist with banquet service and catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of beverages to guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Uphold all health regulations related to food safety and sanitation.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous.
- Experience in catering or banquet service is beneficial but not required.
