Edward Paine and his sons moved their saw mill from New York to establish The Paine Lumber Company which in short time dominated the millwork industry. Pay: Hourly rate of $24 to $25 per hour equaling approximately $50,000 annually

Local/In Office - Architectural Door Detailer/Project Coordinator

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Interpret customer specifications and enter into our system for manufacturing
- Learn and understand wood door manufacturing and commercial frame and hardware information
- Translate technical details into manufacturing language
- Assure complete accuracy of order
- Communicate by phone and email with external and internal customers clearly and concisely
- Customer service: 2 Years
- Associate Degree or higher
- Detailing and estimating experience for an architectural door, frame or hardware manufacturer or distributor
- Microsoft Office Suite; AS400 main frame a plus
- High level of focus and detail orientation
- Mathematical
- Time management
- Problem solving
- High integrity and accountability
- Communicate effectively
- Ability to think through customer requests
- Organized
- Able to comprehend complex topics
