IT Lead- MAC/Apple Support
Role: Full Time- On site/in person
Location: Huntington Beach, CA

OSI Digital is looking for aMAC/Apple Support Techto join our team for one of the clients. The ideal candidate will be adept with Apple/Mac operating systems, Office365, Active Directory, Network, Storage, and other IT equipment experience.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise with Apple laptop/Apple devices/MAC Operating systems, JANF endpoint management system in an enterprise environment
- Must have strong experience with latest technologies with Macintosh systems and computers
- Expert at maintaining laptop/desktop provisioning procedures for Apple endpoints
- Adept at experience with desktop lease refresh, Windows OS upgrades, VDI implementation, OS deploy automation, and application upgrades.
- Have experience collaborating with different stakeholders in related roles, analyze ticket trends and process SLA reports
- Follow ITIL framework policies and practices
- Evaluate current procedures and provide technical guidance to recommend best practices
- Set-up and update standard procedures for break-fix, system update, and system upgrade as required
- Adept at resolving major platform issues- Mac/Windows, troubleshooting technical issue, hardware/software problems
- Focus on continuous improvement in process and technology
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related area or equivalent experience required
- CompTIA A / Microsoft Certified Professional certifications required
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
- 6 years of strong experience leading teamand providing support in MAC environment
- Strong experience working in a corporate environment supporting 500 users.
- Strong experience with strong understanding of M365, Cloud solution, Virtual Desktops, and Automation DaaS.
- Skilled at technical knowledge of end-user device management through MS SCCM and via GPO, including patching and report generation
- Excellent communication skill and customer service
