OSS Inc., an established contract security guard company with over 50 years experience, is looking for dependable, hard-working security officers in the Olean, NY area.
OSS Inc. security guards are fully uniformed, unarmed and trained.
NEW YORK SECURITY LICENSE AND VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.
$14.20 an hour.
16 hours a week, weekend afternoon shift 3 pm to 11 pm.
Requirements:
· Eighteen years of age
· Ability to work additional shifts as deemed necessary
· Ability to speak and write English
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
· The ability to with stand hot and cold temperatures
· Basic Computer Skills
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure the safety and security of the site and visitors through regular rounding of the premises and monitoring of cameras
· Escorting employees and visitors to various sites on the premises when needed
· Responding to and assisting in emergency situations
· Completing incident reports when required
· Completing tasks as required by the client
· Signing visitors in and out of the facility
