Ossipee Mountain Land Company is a small family-owned business started in the 1985. We manufacture and sell kiln dried packaged firewood and kindling to grocery and convenience store distributors across New England and the Mid-Atlantic states.
Ossipee Mountain Land Company has an opening for an Office Coordinator to process customer orders, schedule shipments, and manage customer vendor portal systems. Candidate will be a proactive problem solver with good communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts: relationship building, problem-solving
- Receive and process purchase orders, resolve discrepancies
- Schedule shipments - freight carriers, customer pickups, company deliveries
- Invoice purchase order shipments
- Maintain Excel tracking and reporting worksheets
- Manage vendor portals
- Stay current on required inspections, licenses, permits
- Weigh incoming log trucks
- Order office and inventory supplies
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Prioritize tasks to align with customer's and company needs
- Perform basic office duties such as data entry, scanning, faxing, copying, filing, and general organization of the office.
- Sort mail
- Greet visitors
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $23.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
