Duties
- Manage and organize documents using document management systems such as SharePoint.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily retrievable.
- Maintain file integrity by conducting regular audits and updates of existing documentation.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of technical documents, reports, and manuals.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for documentation purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document management and retention.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
Experience
- Proven experience in document management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with document management systems, particularly SharePoint.
- Experience in technical writing or creating detailed documentation is preferred.
