What You'll Do
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air compressors, desiccant dryers, and refrigerated dryers with proper tools and parts to promote efficient, factory approved methods for servicing equipment.
- Provide detailed failure analysis as well as equipment/system recommendations toimprove reliability and/or performance.
- Completing digital work order reports detailing work performed and other required paperwork.
- Projecting a positive and professional image of OTC Industrial Technologiesto customers, vendors, and co-workers.
- Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
- Maintain a company issued service vehicle through HOLMAN fleet services.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Oil Flooded Rotary Screw Air Compressor Experience
- Oil Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor Experience
- Experience working on Atlas Copco, Quincy, Sullair, Kaeser, Ingersoll-Rand, Gardner Denver, Chicago Pneumatic, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be coachable.
- A self-starter and highly motivated person
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organized work habits allowing unsupervised work.
- A commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time"
- Technically knowledgeable, conscientious, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to confidently navigate iPhone, iPad, and laptops
- Valid Driver's License, must be able to complete a drug test and background check.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED degree
