Position Summary:
The OTG Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at our New York Office. The Intern will be assigned to the Human Resources teams supporting HRIS, Benefits, and home office HR support. The Intern will assist the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives. This position is on-site based at JFK Airport.

Position Summary:
The OTG Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at our New York Office. The Intern will be assigned to the Human Resources teams supporting HRIS, Benefits, and home office HR support. The Intern will assist the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives. This position is on-site based at JFK Airport.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and uphold the organization's values, philosophy, ethics, integrity, and code of conduct
- Learn about the airport badging process
- Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the department
- Learn the ROB (rhythm of business)
- Learn key functions and update/provide input based on Dayforce, our HR (Human Resources) system
- Provide administrative support to the assigned department, as needed
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s Program in an accredited College or University, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communication
- Knowledge of HRIS (HR Information System) or HCM systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback
- Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment
- Strong work ethic and integrity, with high energy and a positive attitude
- Some local travel may be requested, such as to hiring events in the tri-state area.
