Sales Support Associate

As a Sales Support Associate reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

What Will You be Doing?
- Coordinate and execute sales activities, including preparation of sales quotes / orders, returns, credits.
- Provide primary support to basic Partner Portal customers.
- Assist with maintenance of accurate sales records.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager and team in creating and implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems, as needed.
- Assist with maintenance of internal tools and documentation.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation Structure for the Position
The compensation package for this role is 45-50K USD per year and will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
