Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect – Wealth Management
Work Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect on a contract basis to lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions within our Advice and Wealth Management division. This role is key to aligning technical solutions with business strategy, improving advisor and client engagement, and driving innovation across our digital wealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
· Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and related modules) solutions for wealth management.
· Design integrations with financial planning tools, portfolio management systems, and client portals.
· Define data models, workflows, and automation processes to streamline advisor-client interactions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and financial advisors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Coordinate with enterprise architects, data teams, and integration specialists to ensure system cohesion and interoperability.
Implementation & Governance
· Oversee the customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
· Establish and enforce best practices in development, testing, and release management.
· Ensure alignment with internal governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA).
Innovation & Optimization
· Evaluate emerging Dynamics 365 features and third-party add-ons to enhance advisor productivity.
· Lead performance tuning efforts and drive platform improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 8 years of experience in CRM architecture with a minimum of 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and client lifecycle management.
· Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure services, and data integration tools.
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services (SEC, FINRA).
· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
· Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure.
· Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs in financial services.
· Knowledge of financial planning tools like Emoney, MoneyGuidePro, or portfolio management platforms.
Work Environment
· Hybrid Role – 3 days onsite at our Malvern, PA office (onsite presence is mandatory).
