What are the responsibilities and job description for the Department Coordinator position at Otter Tail Power Company?

In this role, the Department Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple applications and processes for the System Engineering & Sub Construction team.
Some examples of those activities will include:
- Organize and manage database and substation records for the distribution system.
- Update and manage substation drawings including revision history and delivering drawings to substations.
- Manage calendars and organize meetings for multiple groups.
- Determine and provide administrative needs of the team including stocking office supplies, managing the rubber glove program, supplying safety equipment, purchase card reconciliations, etc.
Qualifications:

- High level of organizational skills coupled with excellent communications and team skills.
- Self-starter that enjoys multitasking and interacting with people.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including proficiency in Microsoft Access.
- Any familiarity with AutoCad LT is very beneficial but not required.
