Leading transportation and freight forwarding company is seeking Air Import operations agents for their El Segundo, CA branch! Great working environment with a fantastic team of people who love their work!
Duties include following up with carriers, routing international shipments, negotiating rates, producing quotations, working with our customers and agents to acquire all required import documents, processing delivery orders, creating billing invoices, communicating with overseas agents, problem solving and tracking shipments, all while providing excellent customer service to our clients and foreign partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of Air Import Experience
- Extensive Airline Knowledge
- Being able to manage being Detail oriented but in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with computer software, especially word, outlook and excel
