What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Otto's Kitchen & Comfort?
We are a busy brunch restaurant, looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest experience. A good server should be personable, attentive, detail-oriented, and quick on their feet. Shift runs approximately 745am-3pm

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders for beverages and food
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables, working together with BOH to provide excellent guest experience
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish server station supplies and inventory
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Skills
- Proven working experience as a server
- Knowledge of mixing and serving cocktails a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep front of house organized, stocked and clean
- Existing TIPS certification a plus
