What You'll Do
As a Contact Center Representative I or II, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality service to OURCU members through phone, live chat, email, and secure messaging. Your empathy, problem-solving skills, and professionalism will make a difference in the lives of our members every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries with care, professionalism, and accuracy
- Conduct research to resolve questions and follow up as needed
- Process loan payments, skip payment requests, and issue Visa cards
- Recommend OURCU products and services tailored to member needs
- Support the Contact Center Supervisor and eServices Manager as required
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's empathetic, solutions-driven, and committed to member service. If you're someone who listens actively, communicates clearly, and takes initiative, you'll fit right in.
Key Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience required
- Call center or phone-based service experience preferred
- Previous experience in a financial institution (credit union or bank) strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Experience Levels
- Contact Center Representative I: 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Contact Center Representative II: 2 to 5 years of experience

Location, Schedule, and Compensation
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Shelton, WA.
Pay Range
- Level I: $19.55 – $24.44/hour
- Level II: $21.56 – $26.95/hour (Salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities.)
