Head Women’s Volleyball Coach
Our Lady of Mount Carmel is accepting applications for the position of head women’s volleyball coach for the 2023 fall sports season. Our Lady of Mount Carmel is a Catholic, coeducational, college preparatory school, for students in pre-k through 12th grade in Eastern Baltimore County.
The Head Varsity volleyball coach works under the supervision of the athletic director and principal. The coach is expected to provide the necessary leadership and to plan, organize, and be responsible for the oversight and direction of the high school volleyball program. The coach will also need to carry out the objectives of the athletic department at Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School.
Qualified candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, motivational, recruiting, teaching, and coaching skills. The individual should be a person of high character and values that will set a positive example for all student-athletes at Our Lady of Mount Carmel High School.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous coaching and volleyball experience at the high school/college level
-High-level organizational and communications skills
-Flexible professional schedule to handle practices, invitationals, IAAM matches and or tournaments
