What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Training Associate position at Our Sales Coach?
Our Sales Coach is seeking a sales trainer to provide training and coaching to clients. The trainer will provide weekly group coaching and training to sales teams and managers at individual companies over a 4 or 6-month period. They will also provide individual coaching sessions to make sure the material is applied properly and clients are making progress towards their goals. The ideal candidate will be able to coach clients to execute a consultative sales process with a variety products and services and sales environments. Tasks1. Interview OSC salesperson or owner to understand Client’s business, markets, products and services, participants for the program and roles, Client’s goals, and details of challenges discussed in sales meetings2. Conduct kickoff meeting with participants3. Prepare in advance for each training and coaching session4. Collect and review dashboard data from clients5. Conduct group coaching and training sessions6. Be prepared to coach where needed or review ongoing projects7. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessionsa. Work through client’s agendab. Review dashboard and progressc. Make recommendations to keep on-trackd. Review pipeline, strategic partner list, and accountability itemse. Roleplay if needed or desiredf. Update accountability and send to client Experience and Expertise1. Minimum 5 years of successful selling in manufacturing or distribution in an outside sales role within a consultative sales environment.2. Sales Management experience is preferred3. Knowledge of CRM application4. Must be able to demonstrate sales acumen in a variety of sales environments and industries Attitude and Behavior1. Exceptional listening skills2. Salary : $24,000 - $144,000
