We are hiring an individual with 2 years of Service Advisor New Car Dealership experience and a proven track record of excellent Customer Service (CSI). Reynolds systems experience is preferred but not required. Enjoy our state of the art service department. This is an opportunity to join one of the nation's best and largest dealer groups.Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities and DutiesGreet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain informationServe as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customerPrepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost.
