Working hours are during day shift, which is 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This position requires 50 hours per week.

Summary
The Cabinet Builder is responsible for accurately assembling cabinets. The Cabinet Builder will be working with finished wood parts, and will handle these carefully so as to maintain quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create finished cabinets through assembly
- Set up and operate woodworking machines
- Use handheld tools to fabricate wooden cabinets
- Read blueprints
- Work efficiently and accurately
- Effectively follow all quality and safety procedures, as specified by Safety Data Sheets and other guides
- Be attentive to detail and quality, ensuring that products fulfill our quality standards
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers
- Set up, maintain, and clean workstation
- Notify management immediately of any problems with equipment or other observed safety risks
MARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cabinetry or related assembly experience.
- Ability to handle and move wood products carefully, so as to maintain quality.
- Fluency in English; reading and speaking.
- Spanish language is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Assembly experience, preferred
- Construction experience, preferred.
- Manufacturing experience, preferred.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Dependable with a good history of attendance and punctuality.
- Accountability for work.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
- Experience operating power tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of woodworking.
