As the Laundry Attendant, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by administering partnering with the housekeeping team and maintaining our linens and towels. Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, and dry our linens.
- Take pride in your work by monitoring and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the facilities.
- Keep laundry facilities, equipment, and storage areas organized.
- Remove any torn or stained linen for discard.
- Maintain complete knowledge of proper maintenance and use of equipment.
- Follow the required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing of hazardous materials in accordance with the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.
- Promptly report any damages or maintenance problems.
Qualifications
- Previous related experience is helpful, though not required.
- Must understand proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and the requirements for use of housekeeping equipment.
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Should be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
