Outdoor Bank is a fast-growing family-owned Kansas bank seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver best-in-class service and help achieve our deposit acquisition strategy. Located in our Oakley Branch, this role reports directly to the Branch Manager and requires an engaging, welcoming personality.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Promotes the benefits of the Bank’s products and services to prospective and current clients to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.
- Conducts professional client conversations that build and sustain trust and credibility.
- Participates in daily branch operations and procedures including opening and/or closing the branch, balancing the vault, assisting with completion of internal records and audit logs, administering safe deposit box needs, performing teller transactions, and carrying out other administrative functions as needed.
- Opens deposit accounts, answers clients’ questions, performs account maintenance, and assists clients with products and services.
- Demonstrates operational soundness to minimize risk exposure and loss.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of all consumer and commercial products including deposit accounts, debit cards, and online banking.
- Develops and maintains proficiency in the Bank’s Core operating and ancillary systems.
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
