Experienced bartender

Outlaws Steak & Spirits is looking for new dynamic Bartenders who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. Ideally, you are someone who shares same passion for food, has good knowledge of how cash registers operate, and loves the idea of providing guests with quality customer service experience. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is always an advantage, although not required. 

To excel in this role, you should be passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. Being able to work irregular hours over the week, and over weekends and public holidays when needed is a requirement. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the complete service of a guest during a visit
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Answer and take phone orders.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule
• Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from customers, or clients.
• Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.
• Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Operate equipment relative to your role.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Able to multi-task by making cocktails and keeping pace with guests at the bar.

Qualities We Wish to See:

• Good communication Skills
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate on phone and in person
• extensive Knowledge in cocktails, liquor, beer and wine knowledge
• Being able to suggest and explain/suggest cocktails by the needs of guests. Pairing with certain menu items.
• minimum 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant with extensive L/B/W knowledge is strongly suggested.

Requirements:

• High school diploma with or without relevant experience.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).
• Enjoys working with people.
• Current and maintain all licensing requirements by State of Indiana.
