We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Leasing Agent, preferably with Onesite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! This opening is at our beautiful Inspire building, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas, with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

Position Requirements:

• Some experience in property management and/or abundant sales experience
• Show and lease apartments
• Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism
• Proper execution of policies and procedures
• Administrative duties
• Strong communication/computer skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Ability to multi task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional Appearance

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Salary:

$16.00 /hour

Company Benefits:

• In addition to your salary, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Moreover, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401K plan the first quarter following 90 days of employment. Our generous PTO package consists of 15 days of paid time off per year which is pro-rated in each pay period and increases with tenure (available to use after 90 days of employment), eleven paid holidays, and five half-day paid holidays annually.   We also offer a Rent discount - 25% off and long-term rent stability beginning on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
