What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) position at Overland Sheepskin?
LOCATION: FAIRFIELD, IA
Join Overland’s talented Customer Service team to help provide world-class customer service during the busiest retail months. Selected candidates will:
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarize themselves with Overland’s luxury product line and help answer customer product and sizing questions
- Provide top-notch service (resolving shipping issues, exchanges, returns, or other concerns)
- Perform order quality checks and resolve any customer order issues (e.g. problems with payment or address)
- Process customer exchanges and returns
A positive attitude, attention to detail, superior follow-through, supportive team interaction, and professional communication style are a must to join this elite team. A love of fashion, luxury products, and quality outerwear are a great plus.
This is a seasonal (September – January) hourly position with flexible scheduling, in-person at Overland’s headquarters in Fairfield, IA.
Starting hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus end of season bonus.
Overland’s Customer Service is open 7 days a week from 7am – 9pm, so multiple shift and weekday/weekend options are available.
