Pay: The hourly pay rate range for this position is 20.00 shift differential and benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to North Platte and may not be applicable to other locations.

What your day in this role might involve at OC-North Platte:
- Operate shrink wrap machine, safely and efficiently
- May work with customers entering the plant, ability to give directions as needed
- Working with others in a fast paced environment
- Other duties, as assigned.
Must haves include…
- High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 Years Old
- Experience with:
- Work safely and follow all plant rules
- Show initiative, be a self-starter
- Communicate, in English, in a clear and effective manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, and have shift flexibility
- Experience with
- Think under pressure, make quick and strategic decisions

- Communicate, in English, in a clear and effective manner
- Stand for 10 - 12 hours straight
- Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee; squatting; lift, push and pull 50-pounds)
- Withstand exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable
