This is a business ownership path with mentorship, systems, and support to help you grow from producer → leader → agency owner.Your RoleAs a business partner with us, you will:Help families secure their future with life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement solutionsBuild your own client base using our warm lead system (no cold calling or door knocking)Recruit, mentor, and develop new agentsLearn how to train and duplicate yourself so your team can succeedGrow from personal producer into a team leader with expanding income streamsYou’ll earn from your own production and from the growth and success of your team.What You’re Really BuildingThis role is about creating leverage.You start by learning the system and producing.
