The Role
This position will be based in Grand Rapids, MI.
Candidate must be a Licensed Journeyman (or Master) Electrician with an industrial controls background with heavy emphasis on troubleshooting and diagnostics of motors and motor controls, and be licensed with the state of MI.
The company supplies vehicles and cell phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and trouble shoot multiple types of electrical systems found in commercial and industrial locations. Experience with Electric Vehicle charging stations welcomed!
- Follow all required safety protocols while performing electrical work at various commercial and industrial sites incorporating and adhering to OHSA and American Petroleum Institute regulations.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
- Licensed journeyman or masters with the State of Michigan
- Experience with Electric Vehicle charging stations a plus
- An excellent driving record is required.
- Background check
- Minimum Chauffeur’s License
- The following tools must be self-provided: Hammer, lineman’s pliers, channel locks (all sizes), multimeter, megger, phase rotation meter, socket sets, screw drivers (all sizes), strippers, nail apron, solenoid-style volt testers.
