Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales pipeline, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. If you have experience in outside sales, particularly in high-end or automobile sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
  • Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and public speaking sessions to promote vehicles and dealership services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile industry or high-end retail sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and organizational skills for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage customers professionally.
  • Experience in inventory management and control is beneficial.

Pay: $71,258.94 - $85,817.22 per year
