Responsibilities

- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads and follow-ups.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and upselling opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and public speaking sessions to promote vehicles and dealership services.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile industry or high-end retail sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in CRM software and organizational skills for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage customers professionally.
- Experience in inventory management and control is beneficial.
