In this role, you will assist the loan servicing department with the post loan closing process by preparing signed closing package documents in system for offshore processing, retention and customer availability purposes.

In this role, you will assist the loan servicing department with the post loan closing process by preparing signed closing package documents in system for offshore processing, retention and customer availability purposes.
Essential Duties
- Review deed and mortgage documents for each closing
- Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
- Perform basic review on closing packages while stacking to insure proper signatures are present
- Review returned documents and upload files accordingly
- Obtain clarification on rejection issues; Communicate any and all issues with the loan documents to the clients
- Communicate any issues with customer and department members to ensure documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year with mortgage loan processing and compiling loan closing documents
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Solid communication skills
- PC skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat
