What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at OYO Las Vegas?
Provide friendly, efficient service to casino guests in a retail setting. Handle sales transactions, restock merchandise, maintain a clean and organized store, and assist with guest inquiries. Must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Do:
Greet guests and ring up purchases using our POS system
Handle cash, credit cards, refunds, and change accurately
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Answer guest questions and resolve any issues
Set up and break down merchandise displays
Check IDs for age-restricted items (must be 21 )

Comfortable working weekends and holidays
Able to stay cool under pressure and adapt to change
Previous retail or cash-handling experience is a plus

Requirements:
Must be 21 or older

Ability to work varied shifts
Alcohol Awareness Card (or ability to obtain)
