What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOME HEALTH CASE MANAGER RN position at Ozark Health Inc?
Job Summary:
· Organizes and directs the agency’s day to day operations.
· Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations.
· Responsible for an effective budgeting and accounting system.
· Develops policies and procedures.
· Develops a system of staff communication that ensures coordinated implementation of plans of treatment and the utilization of necessary services for comprehensive care of patients.
Requirements
· Current RN license in the state of AR from an accredited school of nursing
· Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and reimbursement
· Oasis experience preferred
