Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine healthcare needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Perform airway management, gastric lavage, and other critical nursing procedures as needed.
- Assist in behavioral health assessments and interventions when required.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as necessary to meet staffing needs.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices.
- Experience in ER or hospital settings preferred.
- Proficiency in case management principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with sonography techniques is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
