Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years minium management experience in a supermarket setting.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
