GET FAMILIAR WITH THE ROLE:
This full-time position works 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. We offer both morning shifts and day shifts with on-call work as needed.
As a Refrigeration Tech, your day starts with a quick chat with the team to plan your schedule. Armed with a company vehicle, you head out to service our clients' systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You excel at diagnosing and resolving issues, providing top-notch service to keep clients happy. As you complete your tasks, you maintain meticulous records and communicate clearly with customers, sharing tips on system maintenance. Collaborate with your colleagues on larger projects and complex calls as needed.
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician with a focus on refrigeration systems
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and principles
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration issues
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Refrigeration certification
