Position Summary

Support three sixty Merchandising Solutions in the execution of our branding, social media and partnerships initiatives. Professionally represent PLM and three sixty and actively facilitate communications and content on our social media platforms and website. The individual in this role will work directly with the three sixty team to administer and grow our social media platforms and initiatives as well as our website blog content. This individual will also support the Director of Strategic Partnership initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

  • This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office based two days a week.
  • Maintain and update a monthly content calendar (social media, event marketing & blog).
  • Create relevant and appealing social media & blog content that focuses on driving engagement.
  • Utilize and create a variety of content types including graphics, videos, written posts and stories.
  • Provide regular analytic reporting to determine the effectiveness of the program.
  • Regularly conduct external social media & web audits to better understand current trends.
  • Make creative recommendations for future social media & blog opportunities.
  • Maintain three sixty Merchandising industry blog, LinkedIn Page, newsletter, and infographics.
  • Support strategic partnership initiatives including event planning, execution, and marketing materials development.
  • Leverage graphic design platforms to create digital and marketing materials.

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Must be available to work a part-time internship starting immediately
  • This role will be on site in office two days a week
  • Student working towards a degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Concentrating on a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Media, Information Systems, Business is desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Proficient with graphic design and content creation through platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress.
  • Experience with marketing & CRM automation tools (Hubspot)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Strong experience in copy writing for social media, web and blog
  • Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills
  • Outside of the box thinker who is comfortable with pitching new ideas
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and productive business relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of an audience from senior level to business users
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and have strong attention to detail

Minimum Physical Abilities

  • Must be able to:
    • Remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
    • Lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally
