Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reset Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the presentation of our products in retail environments. This position requires a blend of skills in inventory management, customer service, and merchandising to ensure that our displays meet company standards and drive sales.
Duties
- Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience is a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
