About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting Tier 3 retail accounts,those who have engaged but need follow-through to reach their potential. From reorders to product training and CRM tracking, you will keep the business moving and help ensure no account gets left behind. This is an in-office role based in West LA, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining sales outreach with data insights and operational precision.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support and Outreach
- Drive reorder activity across Tier 3 retail accounts through phone, email, and CRM workflows
- Maintain proactive communication with buyers and store managers to support engagement and retention
- Educate accounts on product availability, promotional opportunities, and suggested orders
CRM and Activity Management
- Track all outreach, call notes, and reorder activity in HubSpot
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure full account coverage and visibility
- Log follow-ups and account needs to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipelines
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Use sales data and stock reports to identify reorder needs and SKU gaps
- Assist with win-back campaigns and dormant account reactivation
- Support outbound ordering via the Nabis Marketplace or manual coordination
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, account support, or sales coordination (Cannabis or CPG preferred)
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable on the phone and via email
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tracking tools
- Data-savvy with an interest in uncovering patterns and driving decisions from reports
- Passion for cannabis, beverages, or emerging industries is a plus
