Description
TheClient Relationship Specialistis responsible for managing customer service relations, monitoring shipping/receiving, inventory control and demand management for assigned accounts, order management, billing and invoicing, purchasing, and outsourcing for finished goods or special projects. This position supports the sales team and will develop relationships with manufacturing plants, warehouses and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service relations and ensure timely product delivery.
- Process customer orders accurately through various channels.
- Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email.
- Collaborate with sales reps and maintain customer account records.
- Analyze and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate returns, credits, and vendor inquiries.
- Utilize PAC software and develop product knowledge.
- Prepare invoices for orders and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing/sales support experience preferred.
- Experience providing support to and managing the success of large customer accounts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Urgency, time management, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree or certifications a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Mathematical and reasoning ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
