Looking for a team member passionate about all things deli-related. We will be carrying a wide variety of the best meats and cheeses to be presented to the public. Experience with a slicing machine, cash management, and customer service experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Experience with a deli slicing machine
Acute attention to detail
High level customer service experience
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Ability to retain standard of cleanliness
Ability to take stock and manage inventory with minimal supervision
Basic Knife Skills
Responsibilities:
Follow proper operating procedures for heavy machinery (slicers)
Maintaining a standard of cleanliness for station
Properly rotating inventory FIFO and maintaining a “no scrap” ethos
Receiving and ordering product alongside management
Accuracy in taking and retaining customer order information
Product knowledge and recommendations for customers based on taste and usage
Stocking and restocking deli case with RTE items
Constantly quality checking product with staff and management
Maintaining cleanliness of deli in a customer facing environment
Punctuality on the job.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
