We’re hiring an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team at a mission-driven organization in Renton.
What You’ll Be Doing…
· Supporting employee file projects, including organizing, auditing, and maintaining personnel records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
· Assisting with onboarding activities such as new hire paperwork, background checks, system access coordination, and orientation support.
· Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records across HR systems and documentation.
· Responding to routine employee and HR inquiries while providing administrative support to the HR team.
· Supporting HR projects and special initiatives as assigned.
· Ensuring data accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency across all HR documentation and systems.
Here’s what your work history needs to show as evidence that you’re the right candidate…
· Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or administrative support role.
· Experience working with employee records, onboarding processes, and confidential information.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
· Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and exposure to HR or record-keeping systems.
Here’s the important details:
Location: Onsite in Renton, WA
Pay Rate: $23–$28 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Assignment Type: 3–6 month contract (possible extensions)
Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check
